"Oversight Framework on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems" Published

The “Oversight Framework on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems” governing the oversight activities of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey on payment and securities settlement systems within the scope of the Law  No: 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions has been published.

The “Oversight Framework on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems” specifies the scope and method of oversight activities conducted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey on the payment and securities settlement systems established in Turkey.
