CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY PRESS RELEASE

CBRT will organize “Macro Workshop 2014” in Istanbul on 2-3 June 2014.
 

The CBRT will host the “Macro Workshop 2014” on 2-3 June 2014 at Wyndham Grand İstanbul Kalamış Marina Hotel. The Workshop is intended for researchers and economists from central banks and other policy institutions, as well as scholars from universities and it will cover recent topics and studies on macroeconomics and central banking.

The opening speech will be delivered by Deputy Governor Mehmet Yörükoğlu and the keynote speech by Mr. Charles Evans, President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, between 09:45 - 11:00 a.m. on 2 June 2014. Except for these speeches, the workshop will be closed to the press.
