Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye signs Memorandum of Understanding with National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 19 April 2024, laying the groundwork for enhanced cooperation in the field of central banking. 

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Governor Fatih Karahan and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s Governor Timur Suleimenov in Washington, D.C., the United States of America.

In the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding, the two central banks aspire to foster cooperation and carry out corporate technical activities in the field of central banking.
