Regulation regarding the securities maintenance has been repealed. |
The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) continues to simplify macroprudential policies to enhance the functionality of market mechanisms and strengthen macro financial stability.
In its press release dated 6 April 2024, the CBRT announced the simplification steps regarding the securities maintenance practice along with its intention to terminate the regulation in a short while.
With the Communiqué published in the Official Gazette today, the regulation regarding the securities maintenance has been repealed.
